MS = using soya mince + OS = batch cooking. But can I freeze bolognese/lasagne etc if it's made with (dried) soya mince? And if so, can it be cooked from frozen or would it need to be defrosted?
Thank you, O'Knowledgable OSers :T

Thanks guys... is that from frozen? Also, have you tried re-heating in the oven? I ask because I tend to freeze in foil containers.↑ Things I wouldn't say to your face

I reheat from frozen usually in individual portions in plastic boxes. I have reheated in the oven when I have made a lasagne with the sauce and it has been fine - both from frozen and not.True wealth lies in contentment - not cash. Dollydaydream 20060

I regularly freeze sauce made with dried soya mince. I've both thawed and used and microwaved from frozen. Both successful.0
