what can i make dont really want it to go to waste any suggestions?

You could core and bake it -stuff the hole with brown sugar/honey/golden syrup and dried fruit plus a knob of butter.
You could peel and chop and stew to a puree, sweeten to taste and eat with cream as pudding, or stir into yogurt or sauce with pork -freezes well
You could make some pastry and wrap the apple (stuffed as for baking) in it a bake -apple dumpling.
You could make some pastry, chop the apple and use to fill a pasty-add sultanas and sugar.
Cinnamon and cloves go well with cooked apple.

My mum used to just do baked apples, I cant remeber exactly how you do them though.
You can use cooking apples with pork very successfully. Ive made a sauce with balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, onions and plles and its lovely!0 -
