I have brought 2 pumkins to carve out a ScArEy face for Halloween in a couple of weeks - I have looked on here what to do with the inner bits does anyone have a receipe - I have done a search but have so far had no luck is the middle bit used for pumkin pie and also how do you dry the seeds for the birds

Chorizo - freezable
Hi Think I know the answer is yes but looking for expert advice. I am making a chorizo sauce for pasta. It has chorizo, chopped toms, chilli, red wine & onions. Mix it in with pasta. Can I freeze the sauce to use later. I don’t see why not but am always put off when recipes say "serve immediately". Thanks all for replies

SR Flour substitute
