Hi
Think I know the answer is yes but looking for expert advice. I am making a chorizo sauce for pasta. It has chorizo, chopped toms, chilli, red wine & onions. Mix it in with pasta. Can I freeze the sauce to use later. I don’t see why not but am always put off when recipes say "serve immediately".
Thanks all for replies
