Sloe Gin

Can up help???. I have the sloe and the gin but i am not sure what the bottle should be. Glass or plastic and anything other required. HELP

Hi, Joseph,
For my damson gin (same principle) I use a 4 litre preserving jar- Le Parfait brand which I bought from a kitchen shop. Any large jar will do provided you can get the sloes in it. When the gin is ready to drink, strain it back into the original gin bottle.
