Jam-making - a sugar question.
I bought some jam sugar to make jam as my local freezer shop were selling really cheap frozen fruit. Now they don't have it any more but I have some sugar left. Is it ok just to use it like normal sugar or will something dreadful happen?

No hob - help!!
