Not mine, I am the Fleet Manager for a local authority, so all NIPs come to me. I have a statutory duty to identify the driver Received two NIPs today for failing to wear a seat belt, same date,same vehicle, times are four minutes apart. Is this usual? Thanks in anticipation Steve
