Car written off advice please.
On friday night / saturday morning DH car was smashed into, when it was parked outside our house, and will certainly be written off. He is absolutely devistated. He has an excess of £150 to pay (my fault as I arranged the insurance) but the car is probably only worth about £600. He feels cheated as he has done nothing…

I am looking to get one of these cars and have up to £1,000.00 to spend. There seem to be a few of these cars around but I'm thinking I should try and get a newer car for my money but then keep telling myself I'm not overly bothered on the age (post x reg if poss though). Would I be better spending my money on an older car…

Identity Documents on BA?
What ID do you need to carry for BA internal flights these days? I'm flying London City to Edinburgh next week and can see no meaningful info about this on BA's website. Is any photo ID sufficient (driving licence), or is a passport advisable? The credit card used for booking is required for verification at check in, but…

How much should I pay for adding mileage?
I'm going on holiday with a friend and we will be using her car. We'll split the petrol costs 50:50 and I pay for myself to be added to her insurance but i've been thinking that I should give her some money to allow for the fact that we'll be bumping the mileage up on her car and thus affecting the value. My question is…

Lease an older car (2-3 years old)
Hi all, Are there many place that lease cars which aren't brand new? I'm guessing this would probably be cheaper than leasing a new car (but i guess there may be some additional costs to pay too). Are there any other pitfalls to watch out for? Thanks.
