Lease an older car (2-3 years old)

Hi all,

Are there many place that lease cars which aren't brand new? I'm guessing this would probably be cheaper than leasing a new car (but i guess there may be some additional costs to pay too).

Are there any other pitfalls to watch out for?

Thanks.

Lease companies get a HUGE discount on the price of new cars, Doubtful it
would be worthwhile for them to use older cars with increased servicing costs.

Partly why new cars lose so much value in the 1st year, Lease companies dumping the cars through
the auction, Making very little loss on the cars but driving the price down for private buyers
who purchased new at full price.

    Thanks for that.
What about cars that are returned early (eg. the company renting/leasing the car goes bankrupt) or the car was simply taken on a two year lease?

    Thanks.

Some people do want to end lease's early, several post on here have asked how and where to sell them on.

Work and financial reasons. Not sure if there are places to advertise them though?

I have seen them on some vague google searches. Have a hunt around.
