Car Tax & Interest Made/Lost?
In the past we all used to go down to the post office and join the long queue on the last day of the month, to get our car tax renewed. We also used to pay by cheque, which took a couple more days to come off our bank accounts. Now, we can do it online, and according to the DVLA's website, we have to do it 5 working days…

Paying for Parking - Cash is not good enough?
As many of you would be aware, there are parts of central London, where it is virtually impossible to pay for parking in good old cash. And now even the Credit Card machines are being gradually removed and the only way to pay is via Mobile Phone. This assumes that all users have a) a Mobile Phone and b) a Credit/Debit card…

dab radio in-car *with* an input = expensive
I've got DAB in my current car already, bought a dab aerial for it...etc. All working well. I'm about to change cars, and I'm wondering about connecting an ipod up in the new one as well, but radios with both dab, *and* ipod inputs seem to be quite rare. Current stereo (without input) is a JVC KD-DB711. It's good, but has…
