I would be grateful for any suggestions as to what to get. I would prefer to get something without a contract. Sorry but I am a 75…

Switched from 3 to 3. Odd process.
Hi, I'm with 3, was looking to upgrade and wasn't happy with any of the deals. I found an affiliate link on a tech website that offered a better deal than searching onthe 3 website. Essentially, I clicked it and it took me to the official 3 site with that deal now in my basket. I contacted 3, they told me that they…

Best way to switch from Vodafone to Vodafone
Hi all. I've noticed that Mobiles.co.uk have a redemption offer on Vodafone's 12 month unlimited max with entertainment that brings the price down to £20pm. I've currently with Vodafone and my minimum term ends on 2nd November. I'm presuming the only way to get the deal from Mobiles.co.uk is to quickly switch my current…

Sim only pay the difference mid-month
Hi all. Is there any sim only deal that allows you to pay the difference mid-way through your monthly allowance to upgrade to the next package up (or higher)? I’m thinking most of the time I would get away with a lower allowance but when I’m on holiday I may end up using more but I don’t want to decide before I need it…

Sky Mobile Roaming rip-off
I have just returned from the Dominican Republic, and Sky Mobile have charged me for a phone call I didn't make (£19.44) and four incoming calls that I didn't answer (£1.80) each. Three of the incoming calls didn't even reach my phone, and the outgoing call isn't on my log either. All plus VAT. Apparently it doesn't matter…

Vodafone Total Rollover
My contract expires in a couple of weeks, and it seems I'll be better off on PAYG. I'm trying to understand this total rollover thing, and I cannot find the answer to my question: Any credit carried over, is that used first the following month, or is the credit of the new bundle used first?

EE/Quidco - "Please call us to discuss your order"
I just tried to buy a 12 month sim-only contract with EE, clicking through from Quidco, which should get me £45 cashback. At the end of the order process I got a screen saying "Please call us to discuss your order" with a reference number to quote. The Quidco page very clearly says you won't get cashback "if you complete…

Sim free mobile phone recommendations in £100-£150 mark
My iPhone 6 has had it and I am cross because it’s only lasted about 2 years (having upgraded from a Samsung which lasted a lot longer). I am happy with my sim contract so am looking to buy a phone outright. I don’t have any affinity to any particular brand, neither do I care about having the newest/fanciest or whatever…

EE 12 month discount expiry on 18 month contract
Hi, I was on EE a year ago and got myself an "upgrade". Over the online chat, the agent approved my transfer to a new SIMO 20gb plan for £16pm. That's all I was told. I assumed it would be a 12 month contract as usual but turned out it was 18 months. Few days later I asked why that was case and I was told it's because this…
