My phone keyboard has just suddenly acting up. It’s seems to be running away with itself when I press just one key.
I’ve reset the phone, reset the keyboard and switched it on and off.
Not sure what else I can try. Any tips please. TIA

Take it to an Apple shop?0

Have you got a screen protector on it?0

Yes. Read that this could be a problem?0

Does it only happen when the on-screen keyboard is active or do you get random taps/swipes all the time?
The easiest test if there is something wrong with the capacitive touch (regardless of whether it's due to faulty screen or protector) is to get into icon re-arrangements mode hold a random app icon and slowly swipe it around the entire screen if there is a problem it will drop randomly without you releasing.
Sounds like a protector issue, but in case it's not - take it for free evaluation to an Apple store or certified shop, book in advance from Apple's website.0
