Problem submitting cashback claim to mobiles.co.uk
Hi
Can anyone advise on what to do with a problem I am having. I am due to submit a claim for cashback through mobiles.co.uk. The page shows the status of my claim as due and there is a green button to click CLAIM. When I click on this I am able to upload my copy of my bill without any problem, I tick the box to confirm the details match and then I try to press the green submit button, nothing happens, it is slightly greyed and nothing happens when I click it? I am using safari on an iPad I have tried using Chrome to see if it is a software issue but I have exactly the same problem.
The contract I took out with them was a Vodaphone pay monthly SIM card
M Vodafone 4G Red Extra Sim Only £24 100GB 12m may19
£120 Cashback by redemption
I only went with the company because there was a link from the MSE website to the deal.
I have messaged the company 3 times within my account. The message show in my account but I have had no reply’s. I sent the messages on the 06/18/22 October. I received automated reply’s to my email address saying I would receive a response in 2 days. Yet I have had no response to any of the messages. There is nothing in my account and nothing in my email, I have checked junk/spam etc. I can’t seem to find a contact number.
I do know I can post the bill, but as I am in France at the minute it’s a bit of a pain and I just wonder if you good people have any suggestions.
Thanks

I had a similar issue on my last claim. They insisted there wasn't a system problem but (in fact and predicatably) there was. I sent a LBA as always with them but the problem was fixed over the weekend. The t&c say you can submit on-line so it's up to them to ensure you can. Send the LBA to CPW T/A; it's very hard to find but I would send it via email to CPW with a copy to Mobiles.co.
You've now find out why CPW are so appalling when they choose to be.0 -
Thanks for your reply. Sorry can you please explain LBA and CPW ? I am not sure what you are referring to.0

CPW = carphone warehouse parent company/
LBA = letter before action google for templates.0 -

12 years ago - CPW haven't changed their spots. Mobiles.co is a whilly owned trading subsidiary of theirs (as are E2Save and a number of others if they still exist).0
