I went on the internet for such a short time the other day on my phone, and while I knew it was expensive, I was re-assured by the £2 maximum daily charge that is on the Orange website. So can anybody help explain the following? * I was charged £4/MB despite the Price Guide saying 65p/MB as per…

at my wits end with Virgin
I've been with Virgin mobile for over 11 years and I've never had an issue. About a month ago I purchased a bundle from them which gave me lots of minutes and texts for £10.53 a month. I had to sign for 18 months. As I pay via d/d, I was unaware that they would try to charge me for £25.53 and then deduct £15. The payment…

He was going to go with 02 and made two attempts to purchase at the weekend. Terrible probs with the website crashing so enough is enough. Anyway, I digress. He has…

O2 Cancel European Roaming Bolt On!!! Grrrr
They've cancelled My Europe Extra which allowed users to receive unlimited calls in Europe for £10.21 per month. Now we have to pay 50p per call! Grrrrrr. This is not a joke apparently. At least the joke is on the users, not the directors of the board. Looks like O2 are rejoining the roaming rip off party. Shame on you O2.…

My Blackberry 9000 is dead ....
After four happy years together my old Blackberry has died - it now has a permanent white screen. Not sure what to do as I have come to rely on it for text and email. Can I take to a repair shop or is it more serious - should I look out for a cheap replacement in Tesco or Asda?
