I'm good with most deals but I'm a bit lost, Vodaphone are allowing me to upgrade however when I try and get a good deal (via say carphone warehouse) i get told the offers are for new customers only and subject to a change of phone number. Not ideal. I'm looking for a 24 month contract iPhone 4 (no fee to pay on the handset) sub £30 p/m (inc VAT)
Anyone good at this type of thing?

P4U have a nice 12 month contract for £36 with £50.50 tcb cashback.
Just switch the current contact to PAYG when the min term expires (give 30 days notice), then transfer the old number to the new contract.0 -

Just to add - I took this deal recently but printed off the deal & a printout from Quidco about the £50 cash back & walked into a high street P4U store and asked them to price match - they did and after 44 days got my cheque!Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
