Vodafone help needed Please

We have a Vodafone contract and up to now have been (relatively) happy with it. BUT I now need advice about using our phones abroad.

We have been told by a Vodafone representative that Croatia is classed as 'rest of the world' as opposed to 'Europe' and as such each phone call will cost £1.40 per minute which is clearly much more than the Europe rate. Their website states that Croatia is available in their EuroTraveller pack.

So can anyone tell me where Vodafone believe Croatia to be? Or does it vary whether you have a personal or business contract? This is very confusing.

ALSO Please - We have travelled to other areas of Europe and used our phones with no problems at all but we are now being told we need to have the 'bar' on use abroad lifted!!?? WHY?
