Need advice on misleading Vodafone contract
So after my old 12 month contract with o2 ended I decided to go back to Vodafone with another SIM only 12 month contract with 600 minutes. So my first bill came through and even though my actual total talk time was under 600 minutes I got charged for some calls. It turns out Vodafone has started to bill each call under 1…

I have bought my son a Blackberry for Christmas, which he wants to replace his old Orange PAYG mobile. I'm not entirely clear how the monthly payment works on Orange PAYG Blackberry. Hi all, I've come to the end of my contract with Orange. The signal in my house isn't great so I'd like to try a Giffgaff sim to see if O2 is any better. I've asked Orange to send me an unlock code, but what I want to do is test the O2 signal without permanently disconnecting from Orange just in case there's no…

O2: Incredibly Poorly Thought Out System
I got an iPhone 4s from O2 on friday(11/11/11), ostensibly on an 18mth contract. Unfortunately the guy in the shop actually put me down for a 24mth contract without my realising. Now I know that I should have read the entire contract there and then in the store before signing it, but I didn't. The length of the process…

Vodafone website - always broken?
Every time I log in to the Vodafone website it tells me I have to re-enter my account number (I've only had this account, oh, about 4 years and tried countless times to use it online). I have never managed to successfully see my account online - minutes used, etc. I have persevered, and thought that as Vodafone had the…

Do Sony Ericsson Phones have seals?
I say this because the last two I bought, one from mobiles and dial a phone had no seals on them but didn't seem unopened. It is quite strange, it was the Sony Xperia Ray and Xperia Arc S. Is this normal? Anyone else had this? I also look at youtube unboxing videos and no signs of plastic sticker seals.
