Vodafone website - always broken?

Every time I log in to the Vodafone website it tells me I have to re-enter my account number (I've only had this account, oh, about 4 years and tried countless times to use it online). I have never managed to successfully see my account online - minutes used, etc.
I have persevered, and thought that as Vodafone had the best deal for the new phone I wanted, I'd try upgrading. Now not only do I have to re-enter my account number, but it's telling me there are no plans available. On any phones.
Is it me? Does anyone else have these problems? I have tried sending 'help' emails but never had a reply. I give up!

Call 191 and talk to someone. Works most of the time for me.0
