Video Player App
I have downloaded a number of videos WMV and MP4 etc but I get a message saying they cannot be played, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S. Do I need to download an app to play these, if so which free app is considered the best free one available.

I know the VLC Player app on my iphone plays every video format under the sun so perhaps try the same app on android? (assuming its available on android)0

You can't get VLC Player no more from Apple Apps

Another vote for Moboplayer, I needed to download a codec pack too with it. Plays very well.European for 3 weeks in August, the rest of the year only British and proud.0
