I bought a iphone 4g contract phone from three network, dont want it now, because cant receive reception on it, phoned three network to cancel, they said i cant, because they say i have used the phone, bought the phone yestersday, Is that true that i cant cancel it? Looking to downgrade contract on vodafone
I pay £46 pm on my vodafone contract, I no longer use the amount of minutes that I am allocated and want to change onto a cheaper tariff. Is there any way that you can downgrade tariff? Or any way I can cancel my contract because of this...I'm only a few months into the contract.
