Vodafone upgrades from CPW/e2save
I keep getting calls from a company who is part of the above KMS or something like that, have all my details from Vodafone and tell me I'm eligible for a phone upgrade and if there was anything I was liking at the moment, gave her a couple of examples then asked about minutes/term etc, almost as bad as Vodafone's offers - derisory.
Is this right, doesn't seem right to be able to upgrade through another company and still stay with Vodafone:cool:
All my upgrades for ever and a day have been with them direct, so don't know whats different this year.
Although with the offers i've been getting i'll be bagging them anyway!

It is possible to upgrade through another company.
However, if it is they calling you, then even in the best case scenario you will never get a good deal, let alone the best one.
In the worst case scenario you end up with mess like two contracts instead of one.
Search yourself for the best deals and then you call the company or, even better, do it online and get cashback. And get everything in writing or record all telephone calls.
Also, pretty often new customers can get a better deal than upgrading customers.0 -
cheers grumbler, I just thought it sounded a bit suspect and the offers sounded rubbish anyway so i'm still searching! Thanks to all the competition posters.0
