HTC Desire Probelm Part 2 (Orange)

A few Months ago, my HTC stopped working, specifically i couldnt hear any sound, so i rang Orange, and they replaced my Mobile with a new 1, within a few Days, all well and good, so fast forward a few Months to Today and at 3am Today, my Mobile vibrated loudly indicating a low battery, even though it was a full Battery when i went to Bed, so i charged it, and it just gives me 1 white background Screen, with the following information:

( The change of Font colour is delibrate, it is showing on my Mobile like this)

Can anyone help, it doesnt matter if i turn the phone off and turn it on, i still get the same message, have i done something wrong?

You've somehow got it into fastboot mode.

Have you tried a battery pull?

Or press "Volume down" followed by power.

By pressing the power button all you're doing is cycling through the menu - pull the battery on it and it should all be fine

For the record, you get into the screen by holding volume down whilst powering the phone on.

Is the volume button stuck? Try pressing up and down a few times.
