Tesco Mobile
Can anyome tell me who the regulator is for Tesco Mobile? and the contact details? Briefly: I bought a cell 'fone for my kid, aged 9, outright but was also sold a monthly plan for £15 pm. I was told at the time that (a) I had to have the plan for wifi use and (b) that there would be £30 pm cap on the 'fone for excessive…

T-Mobile cancellation
I had a 24 month contract with T-Mobile which went to a rolling month by month contract in July 2011. I am going out of the country soon, and so had wanted to put the contract on hold. I rang T-Mobile on 24 August, and was told that I could not do this, and so I said I decided to cancel the contract. I asked the man in the…

Vodafone Catalogue of Mess Ups
Hi folks I am absolutely frustrated with Vodafone's Customer Services. I am a pay monthly customer and have been for well over a year. I've never missed a payment or had any issues until fairly recently when I completed a 12 month contract and foolishly agreed to a 24 month contract in exchange for a Blackberry Bold…

I feel like o2 have tried to rip me off!!
Ignored calls from o2 all last week, my 24 month £45 iPhone tarrif expired on 13/8 and I knew they would come knocking - not least to try and get me off the unlimited data allowance I currently enjoy! Anyway, finally took the call, this guy called James from the 'outbound team' offered me "exactly the same deals as I am…

mobiles.co.uk cashback
I recently took out a 12 month contract through mobiles.co.uk involving cashback... but I'm not entirely sure what months bills I'm supposed to send. There is a cashback chart on the website, however I'm not sure as to which one applies to me. As it's a 12 month contract at £36 a month, and 9 months free, I'm guessing I…

Orange iPhone contract, any hidden fees or charges I should know about?
I've always been on a pay as you go Vodafone mobile but I'd like to move to Orange as my boyfriend is on that network and I can get a free iPhone with this monthly contract I'm looking at to boot. It's £35 a month for 24 months with 600 minutes, 3000 texts and 500MB of internet usage. I'm just wondering if there's any…

Sim only deal that includes Blackberry Internet Service.
What is the best sim only deal out there which includes BIS? Currently on payg and am looking to see if I can get more for my money. Would prefer a 30 day sim only rather than a 12 month but if the deal is good I would certainly look at it. Thanks.

Orange contract
My current orange contract is due to end on 14th October. I phoned today (31 days before end) to enquire about an upgrade and was quickly put through to the retentions department. e2save Redemption Offer... good deal and moving from o2 to Vodaphone
Hi guys I have recently acquired an iphone 3gs and am currently using it on an o2 simplicity sim only tariff which is out of contract at the end of this month. Orange Bill Problem, I've been robbed!
I've just become aware that for the last 3 years or so I've been paying a subscription to Orange for something called Traffic TV. I have no idea what this is or how it was signed up to. I don't use data or internet on my phone and have never used this service, whatever it is. It costs £3.33 a month (ex vat) and I wondered…

Whe does a contract actually start?
I ordered a new MIFi E586 device from three on their 1 month £15.99 plan with £49.99 upfront for the device, now I dont actually want / need the contract, so want to cancel asap. I just done it to get the dongle cheaper, after quidco it works out as £42 for the dongle plus one months usage, or £58 with 2 months rental, so…
