I am looking to go onto a Sim only contract soon and I am slightly confused regarding 30 day rolling contracts. I presume that you keep the same sim but after 30 days if you wish you can cancel?

You can cancel whenever you want, but you have to pay for the next 30 days after giving a cancellation notice. Of course, you can keep using the service during 30 days.
