Each time I click 'buy' I get a message saying no plans available. Any other price I click on is fine, but the £40 does not work. Its so…

Phones4u cashback issues!
Hi all, In June 2010 my wife and I each ordered a 24 month Vodafone contract through Phones4u with cashback deals at certain intervals. Everything was going well with the cashback until the latest claims were sent in May 2011. My wife received her cheque a couple of weeks later while mine didn't arrive. I emailed phones4u…

Invisible activity on my mobile.
My mobile phone interferes with my computer speakers. Shortly before I get a text message there's a crackling sound. From what I've been able to find out online, there's not much I can do about this apart from not leaving my mobile near my speakers. Anyway, sometimes the crackling happens without me being sent any text…

Found some really interesting looking propositions. Dalya, Kite, Priyo and Stan. All seem quite specialise but have some good offers. However, their websites look a little ropey. Any experiences?

PAYG Minimum Top Up Before Being Cut Off
I am currently with Vodafone on a month to month contract of £10.50. I have the benefit of a work phone so use this all the time and only keep my own number for incoming calls from friends. I phoned Vodafone to move my contract to PAYG but was told that I will still have to top up every 6 weeks or I would be cut off. Does…

Anybody got a Samsung Galaxy Ace?
Hello everybody, ever since the Samsung Galaxy S 2 came out, I've been drooling over the thought of getting one, but unfortunately I can't stretch my budget to buy it SIM-free and I don't want to be tied to a 2-year contract (by the end of which there'll probably be a Galaxy S 5 out with a 3D screen, NFC, a telepathic app…

O2 con artists
Hi all, apologies for the long post. I'm having a long issue with O2 since I upgraded my phone a month ago. I upgraded my phone with £99 payment for the phone and a £21.50/month service plan including 500mb free data. I agreed this on the phone with the upgrades team. I used my phone happily for the month, then I got a…

Orange 3G signal
Hi Forum, Newbie here so please be gentle :) Sat at my desk in work, I used to get full 3G signal. Now I have none. Orange have admitted on Twitter (to me) that they have some masts down in the area and it would be fixed ASAP. That was 3 days ago. It's becoming a theme with Orange that areas where I used to have strong 3G…

International SIMS
I have just given up on my WorldSIM - £39.99 for £10 of credit. It has let me down left right and centre, as I cannot access data services. I have found their customer services wanting as well. Does anyone have any suggestions for International SIMs? I am tempted by "Free2RoamSIM", do do not want another costly mistake.…

Orange PAYG Internet charges
I bought a new phone today on Orange PAYG (wanted one with Internet, and to keep my number & balance transfer I stayed with Orange). Got it all set up, and tried out the Internet for about 2 mins maximum - logged into Twitter twice as there is a pre-set button for it, and scrolled down about 10 tweets each time. My…

Porting number half way through contract - cashback implications?
Hi, In a nutshell, I'm 4 months from the end of my current Vodafone cashback contract (via mobiles.co.uk) and would like to start a new cashback contract on O2. It's essential that I can eventually keep my Vodafone number, but because I still have two cashback claims remaining on the Vodafone contract, I think I'm right in…
