Switching

Did what it said on the Box
Went to BillMonitor etc etc.
Was shown that my T Mobile Contract (Expires April next year)
was too dear.
Told to ask them to change it to Price Plan Solo.
Reply from T Mobile this morning.
"Solo" price plan is no longer available.
So thats that as i cannot get out of my Contract with T Mobile

    If 'Solo' is no longer available, there are other plans to chose from, and not only at t-mobile.
    However, I don't understand how you can switch to a cheaper tariff before your contract expires.
  • Done it before.
    I just said "When my contract expires don't bother to contact me , I'll just stop the Direct Debit and go to Tesco or Asda Mobile Service"
    All of a sudden I got the change I wanted.
