Orange 3G signal

Hi Forum,
Newbie here so please be gentle :)

Sat at my desk in work, I used to get full 3G signal. Now I have none. Orange have admitted on Twitter (to me) that they have some masts down in the area and it would be fixed ASAP. That was 3 days ago.

It's becoming a theme with Orange that areas where I used to have strong 3G signal, I now have very weak or none at all. It's not my phone as my wife is on the same phone and Orange and we both have the same issues.

So, are Orange breaching their contract? I have an iphone tariff and the loss of 3G makes the phone pretty much useless (unless I manage to find Wi-Fi of course).

Am going to speak to Orange this morning, but was just wondering if I can throw and 'breach of contract' type argument at them?
