So, the software has ben officially announced, and the launch dates for the UK are pretty firm. What do we all think? I must say I'm tempted, the HTC Mozart looks a nice piece of kit, and overall I think they have done a good job. What do the rest of you MSE folks think? S.

Suddenly, we can't use this facility anymore. We've both reset our MMS settings and we both received new SIM cards to try out but it still isn't…

Cheap iphone 4 idea??
Right, i think i have got an idea on how to get a iphone 4 relatively cheaper than buying it on a contract. Like i say, its only an idea at the moment and the idea might actually be flawed, but here it is anyway. Purchase a iphone 4 16gb from ebay for around £370. I have checked completed listings and for this price you…

Only get one bar - what should I do?
I have recently purchased iphone4 on a contract with Tescos for 12 months. At first i got on with it but now its getting unmanageable with only one bar on the phone. If i am lucky i may get 2 bars but just for few seconds. This doesn't just happen at my house i.e. its not location specific. I am also using the iphone 4…

Data allowance and WiFi: Whats the difference?
Some networks advertise 500MB/1GB/Unlimited internet and some also mention WiFi access in addition to this, or just a data allowance on its own. Now my understanding is that mobile internet is via the 3G network and is dependant on your tariff chosen whereas WiFi isn't really concerned with tariff/network. In fact, I would…

Tesco Mobile short ring times
I have Tesco PAYG Lite. I notice lately that my mobile only rings three times before going to voicemail. A lot of times I miss calls and have to phone my voicemail to pick up a message which is costing my 8p each time. Is this some scam by Tesco to get me to use up my credit?

Topping up on O2 PAYG?
I want to switch to O2 PAYG, but I don't want to go on one of their tariffs where you pay a certain minimum amount per month. Is it possible to just top-up when I need to, as I do with my present provider Vodafone? I don't use the mobile very much, most of the time, then in bursts I might use it a lot. I realize that…

Iphone prices
It seems that there are no discounts to be had on an iphone 4 as apple have set the prices. Orange, vodafone, tmobile and o2 have very similar iphone deals but 3 seem to be the best network in terms of value. How come 3 is allowed to undercut other networks?
