When Can I Get My PAC Code?

O2 Charging the wrong amount for my tariff
Hi I am signed up for o2's 30 per month tariff for 18months. For the past few months my bill has been up and down i.e. around £14, then £20 now £22. o2 - pic messages used to count as 4 txt - not so sure with new contract!
Used to count as 4 text message but new contract is a bit vague and I'm not sure they're included. 20p instead. Any ideas?

O2 - changing to lower tarriff after 9 months?
On 24 month, £30 month contract but I see you can downgrade by one level after 9 months. Also, it seems to say you can downgrade once a month after this? Is this correct? So, after 9 months, I could go to £25 month contract, then after 10 months to £15 month. Anyone tried this?

Canada PAYG SIM cards
I want to use my phone in Canada with a local PAYG SIM card which I believe would be cheaper than using my own provider. Can someone advise me how I go about this and the best way. I only need the phone to keep in touch with people I am meeting in Canada.

Orange direct debit date
Orange used to take my direct debit on the 1st of the month, but they recently changed it to the 30th without asking/telling me. I get paid on the last working day of the month- so sometimes the 31st- which means in August I'll have to pay two bills from one pay cheque. Can I demand they change it back??

I have found some deals for Sumsung Galaxy S on the comparison web sites, I am looking for at least 600 min on O2 or Orange £30 pm. lots of cashback redemption deals so If I stay on the ball the monthly cost would be about £22 but no mention about using the internet..
