Contacting Orange without going through the automated system
I cancelled my Orange contract about 2 months ago and they have just sent a credit bill to say they owe me £10 and this will be took off my next bill. Well I have no plans to come back to Orange so I need to ring and request that they send me a cheque.
But I can't get hold of them! Every number I have rang asks me to enter a valid Orange mobile number and my old one isn't accepted anymore (as it's no longer a valid number) so I can't get through!
I've tried 3 different customer service numbers and can't get through on any of them.
Does anyone have a number that I can actually talk to a human being as I want my money back!!

I had that letter a month and a half ago, the cheque turned up on Friday, I didn't contact them as I couldn't get through either. So maybe they'll send yours anyway too?Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0

Cheques do turn up but can take ages. I think they're done in batches.0

The trouble is that even if you DID get through to a human they probably would not understand what you are asking for.
You would be put on hold "while they speak to someone" and then you would wait several minutes.
They would then tell you that you need to call another number for refunds.0 -
You could always try calling Sales on 0800 079 2000 or Registrations 0800 079 2222 and asking if they could help. At least the call is free.0
