When Can I Get My PAC Code?

I just called CPW o2 for a pac code for my contract which ends on Sept 2nd. ( there is a particular deal I want now) I knew I would need to pay the final 6 weeks of the contract but thasts ok.
They say I have to wait till August 1st. Is this correct? I thought that if I was willing to buy out the rest of the contract then that would be ok?

If you say to them that you want to terminate contract, pay it off and want pac code then they are obliged to give you the pac code now.
But as its CPW - they will probably want a termination letter and cost you more time and money. Phone again and tell them you want to know how to terminate contract now. i.e. Pay off contract and get the pac code.0 -
