Hi, I've been with 02 for about 10 years, get a new phone every year and am a select customer ( ie high bills!) I pay anywhere between 75 to 100 month Tariff is 02 500 which is 35 a month (including vat) plus a text bolt on of 10 a month for an extra 200 texts, also pay 15 approx to use data bundle ie blackberry Clueless…

Watch out for 0872******* calls
Just to let you know a new national rate number is floating about. It starts 0872 and they let it ring for a couple of seconds then stop i assume to get you to call abck. As 0871 and 0870 numbers you can be charged as much as 35p/pm.

Hi WOuld like to get my phone registered online and be able to check my bills and itemisation online, for T Mobile Contract phone. Website not letting me register, says I need a password, whcih will be sent via snail mail, and this never arrives? Any thoughts or similar experiences?

02 questions
Is there a way to call o2 to cancel a contract via a free number? I want a new phone but the only tarrif I like is the simplicity one. Is it possible to move to this tarrif and receive a new phone seeing as I am a pay monthly customer? As part of a retention deal? Should I just leave?
