Hi

WOuld like to get my phone registered online and be able to check my bills and itemisation online, for T Mobile Contract phone. Website not letting me register, says I need a password, whcih will be sent via snail mail, and this never arrives?

Any thoughts or similar experiences?

I've set up access with T mobile, and just choose my own password... can't remember think they might have texted me a code

( this was with a PAYG .. that I gad called and registered, and then latter added a contract )

Had prob too - told me had already reg but it was years ago so no idea about tel number etc. Gave up. Had to invent new email add and go in that way. Pain.

My advise would be to phone customer services on 150, free.

They can overide the one time pin by post.

Emailed them and eventually got it all sorted, then letter with PIN arrived! Thanks for all the advice.
