Can anyone advise on this 02 tariff please!

Hi,
I've been with 02 for about 10 years, get a new phone every year and am a select customer ( ie high bills!)
I pay anywhere between 75 to 100 month
Tariff is 02 500 which is 35 a month (including vat) plus a text bolt on of 10 a month for an extra 200 texts, also pay 15 approx to use data bundle ie blackberry
Clueless on tariffs, but my monthly charge is about £55
I use email constantly on my phone, text also but hardly ever use it to phoe anyone
I've got another 9 months of my 18 month contract to go
Is there a cheaper way?
