Raketu's 1200 free minutes offer is good. I'm using the service and still have some minutes left for this month and 1200 mins forthe next..but just for those countries that they have listed to call for free... so far, i like their services...no catch

How are they Free when you have to pay to get them.

"any Raketu user who makes a payment of $9.95 or $24.95 is eligible for:

1. For a period of 3 months from the payment: if a user makes a payment today, it is 3 months from today, if the user then makes another payment next week, it is 3 months from next week
2. Up to 1200 minutes per month free calling to locations in 40 countries: if a user makes more than 1200 minutes calling to the free locations, regular rates apply. For those locations not included in the free calling zone, regular rates apply. If a user makes a payment today, they have access to 1200 free minutes for a month, 1200 free minutes next month, 1200 free minutes the following month. If they make another payment tomorrow, they are eligible for 1200 minutes for the month starting tomorrow, 1200 minutes for the following month and 1200 minutes for the month after. It is not cumulative - 1200 minutes reset with every payment. "

They are free calls because they dont charge you for the calls you made. we have to pay to get them in case we want to make calls that are not listed in their free countries, then they will charge..but the rates are not that bad compared to others. Did you try their free minutes w/o paying anything? :j
