new mobile, mic not working
nokia 5500 sport, just over a month old, was working perfect this morning, now no one can hear me talk, tested it by doing voice recorder, plays back completley blank. any ideas? also what are my options? does it go to the retailer or to the manufacturer?

Pay as you go query
I have given my dad a phone with a £5 virgin payg simcard in it. He has not made any calls with it but keeps it in case of an emergency. Virgin don't penalise you if you don't make any calls. Does this apply with the other providers as well?

International text Messaging 19p - too expensive
I am on Orange raccoon but I really dont like paying the 19p per text message for sending text to the USA. Does anyone have any idea how I can send them for less from my mobile phone? Or would I need to get another sim?

currently on a cashback deal from the link, if when i cancel my contract can I start a new cashback deal from the link. the terms and conditions state that its open to new customers, is that relating to the phone/deal or to the link itself which would mean i;m ineligible to take up the offer?? cheers

What is best/cheap SIM card tariff to buy, just to call 0844 numbers on weekends. I only call 400 mins a month on the weekends, so £25 O2-leisure may not be worth it?.
