the link cashback

currently on a cashback deal from the link, if when i cancel my contract can I start a new cashback deal from the link. the terms and conditions state that its open to new customers, is that relating to the phone/deal or to the link itself which would mean i;m ineligible to take up the offer??

It will apply to any new contract deal no matter old customer or new

The deal is only available to 'new connections', so if you have upgraded your phone through them, i.e. had a contract with Orange and just renewed for a further 12 months, you cannot have these deals.
