Car Finance Agreement
Hello, I bought a car in October last year on an agreement over 5 years. I had to change my previous vehicle as my missus fell pregnant and as a result I was left with a negative equity to transfer over of about £2000. The purchase price of the new vehicle was £5000 plus the £2000 - so £7000 to finance. I left it to the…

Hire Purchase Hell - Help Urgently Needed.
I took out an HP agreement on a vehicle in March 2007 the original balance was £15000.00. Accepted by Tesco - should I try others?
Hi everyone, We want to borrow £8k for 3 years for a used car to accommodate the expanding family. Have been accepted by Tesco with 12.3% APR, which I think is rather high. I received the initial papers today and they also have a very strict early repayment policy. I.e. if we settle after 3/4 of the term have passed, we'll…

First of all - hello! I am a new member (browsed for a while but never posted).:hello: Has anyone here had the letter from Nationwide about the withdrawal of the E-Loan facility? Payment protection insurance
Has anybody made a claim against a personal loan using the PPI facility? I have recently been made redundant and eventually received the correct claim form only to be told that because I am entitled to income support I may not be able to claim! Which leaves me wondering what is the point of paying the extra premium??

Loan Repayment HELP!
Hi there, I am currently repaying a loan at £250 a month, but incurring £90 interest every quarter. In effect, I'm paying £220 off it (£30 a month is interest, technically) - another way of looking at it, is for every 9 months paid off it, the interest almost equates to one month's repayment. I'm recently married, with NO…
