I've ignored my student loan for a few years now, I am soon to apply for BR and now wish to contact them and sort out some repayment for the future. Are there any templates out there I could us? Help advice?

Quick question. On Credit Expert it says I am using 79% of my 'total credit being used'. It also says I have £338 of 'available credit'.
