unregulated default
can anyone tell me what the time span is on a unregulated loan default letter to rectify is it 14 days like a regulated, or is there no time period. I NEED HELP NOW as I have my court letter, and need some sort of defence. The loan was a Mercedes finance car loan. PLEASE HELP.

I would call up Mercedes Finance and arrange a deal as soon as possible.
If it goes further it could be expensive. If you need 14 days to sort it, then let them know so that an arrangement can be made (IMHO)0 -
you dont get default notices on unregulated agreements. They can just collect your car, they should sent a notice really though with their intentions. If they give any time this will be merc decision.0
