I've ignored my student loan for a few years now, I am soon to apply for BR and now wish to contact them and sort out some repayment for the future. Are there any templates out there I could us? Help advice?

dezire,
As I understand it, your student loan is exempt from bankruptcy and if you are earning enough to start repaying it, then you will have to do so.
Before going bankrupt, you should certainly find out what your repayments are going to have to be.
R.Smile, it makes people wonder what you have been up to.

Thank. What I am worried about is the back log of payments I have missed - they usually want those repaid immediately.0 -
If your making payments bankruptcy may clear the loan, when did you start the student loan.0
