Tell them you are not happy with the quality and demand that it be removed, sealed and replaced. If this seems satisfactory then OK. If it continues then have another company look at it and make a report and take them to court. I hate bad workmanship.

However looking at the paperwork the early repayment amounts seem insanne, if halfway through the loan I want to pay it off then its £550 for every £100 borrored, so that would be about £1200??
