mercers/barclays loan, what do i do next?

i'm on a dmp with the cccs and barclays passed me onto their mercers dept who have been constantly calling me ever since, i have caller display so i havent ever picked up the phone to them. i wrote to them with a template letter i found on here requesting them not to call me, informing them that i had changed address and repeating my offer of payment. that was around a week or so ago, i have since had 2 letters from mercers, one charging me £22.50 for sending me a letter and the other saying about passing onto court etc etc blah but sent to my old address, but the odd one is i have had a letter from barclays to my new address, dated before the mercers letter, apologising that i felt i needed to make a complaint but with no acknowledgement of any of the content of the letter! i have had calls from them since sending the letter although nothing so far today. what do i need to do now, if anything?
