I had some financial difficulties afew months ago and because i have a crap credit rating i took 2 payday loans, BIG MISTAKE, yes i know its a vicious circle but now ive lost my job and got 2 loans to pay back.
1 is for £130 and the other is £90, not massive but enough when you dont have an income. I now wont get any pay from work for march as i took holidays at the end of my maternity leave and have now been told that im not entitled to them so the money from the holiday pay has been deducted from my wage.
Does anyone know where i stand with maybe deferring payments till i find another job or pay it back over afew months

given your crap credit rating, I suggest you pay back what you can afford from benefits each month.
Suggest your also contact cccs or citizens advice to help you negotiate. These companies are clever at trying to take payments without authorisation and just operating within the law.
See you are fairly new year. Have you lodged claims for previous bank charges and credit card charges to see if you can raise any money that way?

As a result of them being payday loans, which likely have a high APR, is there no way you can borrow the money from a family member or friend? What about the father of your baby, could he not help?
For the sake of £220, borrowing from someone would likely save you a lot of hassle.0
