can i reclaim fees from payday loans?

I wasnt able to pay some payday loans and have been charged a fee of £25 for each from the company can i claim this back? My bank have also charged me, i know cases are on hold at the minute but is this something you can claim back from the bank aswell?

    I wouldn't have thought you'd have much luck getting any money back from payday loans.

    Payday type loans are known for huge penalties. You really need to make sure you don't default on them - it is really best not to use them at all. Have you any family who could help?
    I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
