Release of equity after IVA
Does anyone know how you can re-mortgage or release equity to satisfy an iva? Who will look at the finance if you have 1. no credit rating 2. little income to repay the loan. and 3. are older. I am not in an IVA or DMP (yet!), but feel it may not be long away as business is suffering a downturn!

IVA or DMP
I have finally realised that I have some serious unsecured debts around £30k - we have a mortgage which is repayment and a fixed rate deal which recently ended but which is set to a minimum 4.24%. I think we have very little equity in the house so a consolidation loan won't be approved. All of my savings are tied into a…
