I am being pursued for debt due to repossession of property which was in negative equity, i have co-operated fully with debt collectors and looks like i will have to go for and IVA. How would I know if debt collectors are activley pursueing my ex partner for his share of debt? Because I have responded are they just chasing me because I am "soft option". "Q" - Am I responsible for only 50% of debt as property was in "tenacy in common" Help!!
