Looking for a way out of my iva help!!
Options
I have an iva worth £80000 ish, i am 2 years into it and was struggling to pay the direct debit every month so they extended it and its now over 7 years instead of 5 at a lower amount direct debit. I was wondering if i contacted my creditors individually and offered them £0.xxp in the pound to clear the debt myself instead of involving the iva company as they charge £9000 a year maintinence fee!!! I wont be able to clear all of them but the smaller ones i can leaving more to be spread among the rest, then i can clear it quicker is that allowed?

your net gonna get a better deal than the iva mate, creditors will not agree anything with you as you have entered into an iva, if you find it hard maybe look into bankruptcyAqua card - £250 Limit up to date, Jd Williams £150 limit up to date, Argos store card £400 limit up to date, Next £300 limit up to date.:beer:0
