how do you qualify for an iva i am unemployed but recieve £750 a month pension does that qualify me thanks for anybodys help i am 21000 in debt

what is ya surplus after outgoings etc?

Aqua card - £250 Limit up to date, Jd Williams £150 limit up to date, Argos store card £400 limit up to date, Next £300 limit up to date.:beer:
