Gas fire removal and installation of new one.
Hi, Just had a quote for £550 to remove my two old gas fires and replace with new ones. Price does not include the fires or fitting the surrounds etc, purely taking the old out and putting new in. Seems a little high but haven't had anything like this done before so perhaps it is the going rate. Thanks in advance

Getting remedial damp work done
Hi there :) As a part of our mortgage we have to have some remedial damp work done that was brought up on one of these 'damp and timber surveys''!
